The hotel is conveniently situated, near Lulu Mall for easy access to various attractions. The rooms, though slightly small, were not bad overall. However, there was a persistent stench that required relocating my children. The service, particularly from the Front Desk Manager Mr Sawant and housekeeping staff, was outstanding and accommodating, providing a sun shade upon request. The location is centralized and courteous, with a good buffet spread available. Although the dining options were limited, the hotel could enhance the variety to cater to longer stays. The facilities were decent, offering the basics needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel had some drawbacks like dirty rooms with a bad smell, small beds, and stained carpets near the smoking area, but the staff attempted to mask the odor with air fresheners. However, the service was outstanding with attentive and friendly staff in all areas. The location was convenient, close to supermarkets and eateries, although some noise from street work was present. The dining experience offered delicious options but could have been better. Overall, a mixed experience with room cleanliness issues but excellent service and location.
The hotel is ideally located at the start of Fujairah, almost in the center of the city. The rooms are really nice with a modern style and a comfortable bed, but some maintenance issues like dirty carpets and infiltrated water in the wall was a downside. The service was outstanding, with staff being very accommodating and friendly. The dining options had a nice selection of food but lacked items to please every guest. The location offers easy access to several malls and amenities, although the ongoing construction was noticeable.
